Review on our recent Key Account Management Training

It was a 3 day training facilitated by Trade Dynamics  and was held at Berjaya Hotel (formerly Best Western Hotel), Makati.

Various topics were discussed-the Global healthcare industry,key accounts responsibilities,retailer's mindset, business proposition, inventory management and sales analysis. Lots of workshop and written exams to test our skills and knowledge. 

Each speaker communicated well, did not bored us and we fully comprehend each topics.

Handout materials was provided, the only downside is that they should have compile/bind it in one folder.

St. Benedict's Monastery

Still on a Friday,after the beach, we decided to pass by St.Benedict's Monastery at Carmen, Cebu. They say, it is one of the tourist attraction in Carmen and the Lady of Manaog is miraculous. 

The Monastery was located at the mountainside and is run by Benedictine priests.

The place was quiet,really good place to meditate and pray.

A day away from work

There was no work last Friday due to end of Ramadan. My girlfriends and I head off to the beach somewhere in the north part of Cebu. It was a 2 hour drive. Beach resort there don't have white sand but the water was clear and the view was breath taking.

Jai is here in Cebu to attend a seminar and also to see her gala friends-Abby and Lov.I was invited to join them for dinner at Capriccio Coffee Lounge and Restaurant somewhere in Lahug. The place was lovely.

Fab Feet Nail Bar Salon and Spa

After a tiring day yesterday, Lov and I went for a body massage at Fab feet nail bar salon and spa. Lov recommended to try their massage. It was my first time to try their massage since I always go for the one nearer at my house.

The place is clean and relaxing. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, since it is very near a videoke/singing bar, you could actually hear the noise. But the massage was wonderful.
